What our pricing does and doesn't include
Federal Govt filing fees are set by the federal government and paid directly to them, not to us. Keeping it separate means you always know exactly what you're paying us for versus what's going to the agency handling your application.
Yes. If your filing turns out to need more support than your original plan covers (for example, if an office action comes in), we'll tell you upfront what the added scope costs before doing any additional work.
Filing packages are one-time fees. Ongoing services like trademark monitoring or bookkeeping are billed monthly or annually and can be canceled at any time.
No one can guarantee Federal Govt approval, so we don't tie refunds to that outcome. See our Refund Policy for what is and isn't refundable.
