Our Services

BrandGuardLaw provides document preparation and filing support for trademark, copyright, and business-compliance matters. We work with independent, U.S.-licensed attorneys for legal review of applicable filings. BrandGuardLaw is not a law firm, and nothing on this site should be treated as legal advice. Using this site does not create an attorney-client relationship; any such relationship, if one is needed, is formed separately and directly with a reviewing attorney under a distinct written engagement.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

We prepare and file applications and documents carefully, but we cannot control or guarantee decisions made by the Federal Govt, the U.S. Copyright Office, state agencies, or any other third party, including Amazon or other platforms. Approval, registration, and enforcement outcomes depend on the reviewing body, not on us.

Fees

Our service fees are published on our Pricing page and quoted before work begins. Government and third-party fees (such as Federal Govt filing fees, U.S. Copyright Office fees, or state filing fees) are separate, are paid directly to that agency, and are not set or retained by BrandGuardLaw.

Your Responsibilities

You're responsible for providing accurate, complete information for your filing. Errors or omissions in the information you provide can affect the outcome of your application, and BrandGuardLaw is not responsible for consequences resulting from inaccurate information you supplied.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrandGuardLaw's liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
